“Only Science Can Tell Us The Truth ” 16 track CD (©2007) - go forth and consume at - CD-Baby.com |
|
16 exquisite ambient tracks to make monsters to. An eloquent (non-dairy) cornet from Mike Clifford makes a debut to the line-up and our lastest album keeps us firmly on track to a less aggressive future. Still bitter, but not shouting anymore... ...all our CD's are available to hear at - CD-Baby |

“Wow! Infotainment!” 18 track CD (©2006) - eat it all up and get seconds at - CD-Baby.com |

Everything
we actually liked and
hadn't made it onto a proper album, for reasons of
continuity or whatever. The album metamorphosis (and indeed the next one) showed us moving further away from our more aggressive roots, and songs reflecting this now have a home on Wow! Infotainment!. ...all our CD's are available to hear at - CD-Baby |

“METAMORPHOSIS” 13 track CD (©2004) - stroke the soft goodness at - CDBaby.com |
|
The various working methods of Radium88 result in a varied album with several different styles of music. The opening track, The Deep End , is a short, ambient, opening of the album. The second track, which is the title track Metamorphosis , is a downtempo tune with beautiful ethnic-influenced vocals which would fit well in one of the various lounge compilations that are out there. And another show of variation is the third track, which has a much more electronic feel (spacey house), but with beautiful string arrangements. And the variation continues throughout the album. This makes the album very interesting to listen to. The use of vocals, both male and female, and the use of real instruments such as guitars, combined with electronic sounds gives the album a very mature sound. This could well attract a bigger audience sooner or later. (Electronic Music World)

“ARTIFICIAL LIFE” 13 track CD (©2002) - buy at - CD-Baby.com |

Electronic atmospheric hip-hop music with great things to tune in to like new-age violin, slide guitar, sound clips and entrancing sonic manipulations. This band is very much a sign of the times. They have a “we're getting ready for doomsday” kind of feel. Radium88 is some of the greatest dance stuff you'll ever hear. I adore this band. (south of mainstream website) Stunningly good melodies… warm, moody… catchier than the common cold… great… both humorously bizarre and melodically accessible….space folk stylings… funky frenzy… this album will appeal to you (indieville website) I'm impressed. They remind me of an original Moog CookBook that twisted Enya and Krafwerk into a dirty rag and survived. If there's one thing this world needs it's the capacity to act or think independently. (michael anthony show – favourite 12 cuts from 2003) Offers a lot of new and unexpected angles on electronic pop… drum ‘n bass influences… slow and laid back... ambient.... excellent… a fun and innovative album that really makes me want to hear more. (moving hands music mag) It's a little spooky, but very easy on the ears. Sounds to me like what robots feel like when feel when they fall in love. Moody and atmospheric with a little weird rappy kinda thing goin' on... do robots really fall in love? (norman famous website) |
